This past July we bought a Bully Pit from Carolina Bully Farm and to date 10/11/16, are still waiting for his papers. These guys are full of shit so beware!! The very 2nd day we had the puppy we had to run to the vet hospital and turned out he had pneumonia. I reached out to them and they were acting sympathetic and offered to help pay the bill. When I sent him a copy of the bill he copped a plea and offered half. Something else till date we are waiting for. This dog has been sick from day 1. He has been infested w/ worms, has very bad skin issues and stays in the vet's office. He is ours now and we will do whatever it takes to take great care of him because he's our baby. CBF are cons that sell "pure bully pits" and offer pedigree papers that don't exist but charge pure breed money.
We have done our research on other breeders and the first we see is a guarantee of a healthy dog or they will pick up the vet bills for up to a year. They also have the dog's papers ready to ship upon purchase. This is our first dog so we got scammed. It's all good because the dog is in a good home and loved dearly. Anyone else out there had a bad experience w/ that breeder? I am curious to know how many others have been scammed and what can we do to put a stop to it. We go through changes every single day with our dog. Every single day could bring a different issue but we are sticking it out. We plan on transitioning him to a raw diet and w/ all the research we've done that may do the trick to a 100% healthy dog. He's a very happy dog and so smart. We just wish he didn't have the skin issues that make him itch and the recurring issues w/ parasites. I think we're finally getting to the end w/that issue. His name is Achilles (24 weeks old).

The last time we contacted CBF was in Oct. so he decided to text him again just to see what will be the new excuse, Just as predicted: I will let you see for yourself. Unbelievable shit
I will say that our dog requires extra care and we spend lots on medication to keep him healthy. .it's all worth it because he's our baby no matter what. We will love him unconditional till the end. Achilles was lucky to fall with such a good home because i truly believe w anyone else he would've died by age 4 months. He's 13 months old now and doing well.

Just had this post pointed out to me. I have Gertie aka Plug from the video. Jim and Cody have been 100 with me from the beginning. I agree that its a pain dealing with the papers taking so long but there are more details to the situation then have been posted here. Most of which had nothing to do with CBF. This info coming from the owners of the littler. CBF stated ahead of time they didn't breed them and was helping sell for there customer (mother was a CBF production). I just got off the phone with the original breeder of the litter and he explained to me what was happening with the papers and why it has taken so long. It comes down to politics with the two registries. That being said this stuff takes time to iron out.
As for the health of the puppy? I was personally there on site and seen both puppies and both were fine minus the worms. Worms which every single dog owner knows puppies get and can be hard to get rid of. Did Cody send the Achilles knowing that he had pneumonia? I highly doubt it as he offered to help pay for it out of his own pocket. I have had only one health issue with Gertie and that has been Puppy Strangles which the Vet told me was rare and rather random to see as he has only seen it once in the 35 years as a Vet. Do I hold CBF at fault for it? No because $h*t happens. I have seen and heard of much worse from other breeders.
I honestly think this whole thread about Achilles has been blown out of proportion. I am sorry if what I posted offends anyone.

First off this is about Achilles and the papers for him. Which I have first hand dealings on. Not past dealings of CBF. I don't really know anything about those. Most of what has been posted and spread has been second and third hand information. If the owners in those dealings wanted to press the issue and be adult about it they could always take them to court instead of slandering people all over an online forum and social media.

Unfortunately it's not just about one dog, it's about several customers who have been ripped off. It's no longer speculation, it's fact. Banned from two different registries, refusing multiple DNA tests, proven to have bought and sold others litters as Moneyline dogs, admittedly altering vet certificates, selling dogs from unrelated bloodlines as moneyline dogs, keeping customer deposits.. We never would have written the article had we not had proof of everything. We even contacted Jim to give him a chance to explain. Just because you had a good experience before they went south, doesn't negate the fact that several others weren't as lucky. You're either blissfully ignorant or half a retard. These are facts, not opinion. From several customers.
